Long Picture PostIt is gonna be a long picture post so if you need to go toilet please do so before you start reading it.
3rd April 2009Went shopping with JiaMin. Didn't really spend a lot cause I wrote a shopping list so I only enter the shops that JM and I need to and get only those stuffs that I had written on the list. Anyway I ran into my ex-boss at Fareast Shopping Center. So she had opened a new shop there. Got to know from her that one of my colleague is pregnant again, so guess it is about time that I go visit Bugis Street. Kind of feel weird chatting with her. The whole time, JM and me were like wanting to ciao. Haha. My ex-boss is a nice lady, just don't know why I don't really like socialising with her much. Ok, the problem is me.
Anyway JM is leaving for Korea soon for holiday. I'm so damn jealous can?! I also want go overseas for tour too. Even if it is M'sia I also don't mind. Lol.

4th April 2009
Met up with Edmund and went down to Chinatown to get my stuffs. His attachment sounds so fun, so much better than mine at MediaCorp.
When we reached there and had our lunch already, we went to hunt the shops that sell the stuffs I need. We found all of them except for one. So we thought maybe we remembered wrongly the shop's location. Thinking so, I walked back sadly together with Edmund back to the MRT station. Halfway, Edmund suddenly said he thinks he knows where the shop might be.
So we u-turned back to the shopping center again. Turned out the shop was actually near one of the shops that I entered, just that we did not see it. How dumb and blind we both were. Lol.
After that, we head for Vivo city. We entered this really cool shop called National Geographic. I think the shop is affiliated with the Starhub channel with the same name. The design of the shop was really very nice, as if it was more of a museum/gallery than a shop. But the things were so freaking expensive. I saw this really nice pair of chopsticks which I really liked, but it bloody cost 10 over bucks. With that price, I can already buy 10 or more pairs of normal chopsticks. But that pair was really very nice. Maybe, someday when I feel richer then I'll head back and purchase it.
After that, we went shopping at those branded shops which sell stuffs priced at ridiculously expensive prices. The good thing about shopping at these kind of shops is that you know you will not buy anything. Haha. We entered TopShop and I saw this killer heels. I've never really see one that is this high before so of course I tried it. After trying, one thought popped into my mind, I really salute to people who can wear them and go shopping with them. It is damn difficult to walk with those high heels can.
Then, ZhaoXiu and Candice arrived and we had dinner at Superdog. The speciality of Superdog is it's hotdog. But that two idiots went and ordered their burgers. Dumb or what? Lol. Travel all the way from Woodlands to Habourfront and never even get to eat that shop's speciality. Wasted.
Finishing dinner, we shop a little before heading for Daiso. My main purpose for coming to Vivo is to shop Daiso cause everything is $2. Haha. Anyway, while shopping at Daiso, I saw this paper fan and took it to fan myself. The paper fan then evolve into a weapon. We took it to smack each other's head. Then the stupidest thing happened. I placed that paper fan into my basket and forgot to take it out at the cashier. Worst still, I only realise it when I had walked out of the shop for don't know how long. Damn it. A paper fan for $2!!! Argh. There goes my $2.
I saw my idol and couldn't help but take a photo with it. =>

I packed my manicure stuff. From this messy heap,
To this neat box. By the way, I bought the box from JB the other time I went there for movies. It was like 20bucks way cheaper than buying it in S'pore. But of course, the quality is not as good as the one sold in S'pore.
I think I bought the box a size too small. It was not able to take all of my manicure stuffs. Maybe I will buy a bigger one the next time I go JB again. I don't why, but I can feel the feelings of my shopping spree lurking beneath me, waiting to burst any moment.
Be content and grateful for everything.
