Someone told me...

Someone told me that: 

1. I think too much and that I need to isolate myself from other people's problem. 

2. I'm under a lot of stress cause I think way too much and care too much about other people's opinion about me. 

3. I'm trying to please everyone around me that I forgot about myself.

4. Whatever that I do, I should be happy doing it, and not feel stressful or being forced.

5. I need time alone.

Well, I guess part of it is true. So maybe I should cut down on my activities and stay home to slack and meditate more.
