What a happening day it was today. Below are some of the pictures I took from the hits award.
The stage for the show.
A closer look at the backdrop. The backdrop is this very big LCD screen which changes it's picture every now and then to suit the mood and needs of whatever is going on on the stage.
Surrounding the big LCD screen backdrop are small LCD screens. The effect of the both of them add together is so pretty. =>
So we saw celebrities like Yoga(林宥嘉), Jade Liu(刘力扬), Tan Diya, Superband lead singer from 三月 and I forget which group the other guy was from, and 93.3FM DJs like PeiFen(林佩芬), ZhiYong(丁志勇), JiaHui(肃嘉惠), Chongqin(周崇庆), WeiBin(蔡伟彬). Yoga and Jade were rehearsing their duet when we reached. I think Yoga is a nice guy. After the rehearsal he thanked the stage coordinators and even the dancers by saying: "谢谢，老师们。”( meaning: thank you teachers). If I was one of the dancers I will be happy like siao la, got celeb call me teacher lex. Lol. See got one figure standing on the stage in the picture above? That is actually Yoga, just that the lights were too glaring and my camera was too lousy that why you can't see (T.T).
(p.s.: If I ever have the chance to talk to him, I would ask him why name himself Yoga and not Pilates?)
The trusses that holds the lighting above the stage. I feel that the whole show have to thank the lighting crew cause it is the lights that really liven up the whole atmosphere. The lights were really damn cool la. There were quite a lot of moving heads and when all of them move together you will go: "WOW. Cool shit man."(Ok, maybe apply for me only). And you can see the light rays from all the lights. Only two words to describe the lighting: Sibei Chio(Very pretty in hokkien).
The Gobo effects (Gobo is a design cut into a plate used to create patterns of projected light. For more info please go to Wikipedia). Their Gobo is damn cool. They have like 3 or more different kind of designs. Ok, the picture sucks, but the effect in real life is really nice.

Yes, it is the Jeep(also known as crane) that help it to fly. See the long black stick in the picture? That is the jeep. It is about 5 metres long(or more) I think. Two of them were used for this event.
Ta-dah. My access card. Before I got my access card, there was this security at the entrance who pushed me as I was blocking someone who has the card. I think that someone is the DJ JiaHui. Freaking pissed can. Can't he even bother to say EXCUSE ME ?! I should have smacked that guy in the face with my access card once I got it. Now I can't even remember that guy's face.
On all the steps on the inside of the indoor stadium, there are these 3 strips of line(white, green and pale yellow). The pale yellow will glow in the dark so that people can find their way in the darkness.
I took this ugly picture of Fabian sleeping cause I'm pissed that he could fall asleep on such a grand event's rehearsal. Eh..I think I closed my eyes for like 2 minutes also? But still he did it longer than me. Bleh.
Let me teach you how to get to the toilet in the indoor stadium:
1. Get out of your seat and climb up the stairs till you see the toilet sign. Follow the sign and turn left.
2. Walk for a distance and you'll see the 2nd toilet sign. Follow it and continue to walk left.
3. Walk for a distance again and you'll see the 3rd toilet sign. Follow the arrow.
4. Continue walking and you will see the 4th toilet sign that tells you to go down the stairs.
5. Walk down one flight of stairs and you'll see the 6th toilet sign that tells you to continue walking down the stairs.
6. TA-DAH. Congratulations. You have reached the toilet without bursting your bladder.

Mengx, my ex-hubby came to crash our practical today. I passed her our engagement rings and her stupid dog dish. I think I saw tears at the rim of her eyes (that is just a make-up thought of mine).
